Stenciling spice for enriching household beauty

Home interior decorating has created an opportunity to imagine beyond the monotonous life, especially for the household women. They are more often engaged in home d?cor to beautify their world of stay. Stenciling is done without giving much effort, but it requires a little bit of skill and artistic bend of mind. Main material of stenciling is color, which can be of two or more in number for an average size room. Sufficient color is needed and it has to be arranged at the beginning of the act. Comparatively smaller stencils are used above baseboards as chair rails or around window or doors. Old and unused meat trays can be used in home d?cor as palettes for paints. Paint filled brushes should be placed inside a plastic bag to protect them from drying. The work of the stencil has to start in the least used corner of the room and the work has to be performed from left to right. To get three-dimensional effects and variety, varying tones of paint and pressure should be applied with brush. Light colors have to be applied at the beginning followed by dark shades on the edges to attain optimum effects. It is very important to use dry and clean brushes at the beginning of the work; otherwise there might be a different shade of color. To make stencils on the surface of the old board or old stencils, we need to paint it at the beginning or to apply it with a coat of varnish. This would help in saving money without spoiling home interior decorating.

For stenciling on a colored surface one needs to color the board with white color and then apply other colors according to the requirements. This process helps to show the original color in home d?cor without any hindrance from the previous color. Measurement is very important in case of stencils; once any wrong is done, it cannot be rectified in future. To clean stencils, a little bit warm water and a mild abrasive or steel wool pad is used from time to time. Due to air pollution and dust particles, stencils very frequently gets spoiled; so to protect it from destruction, one should cover it up with a proper covering when there is none to appreciate the art. Excess paint has to be wiped off from the brush on a paper towel to make; otherwise there would be a sloppy effect, which will damage the painting in a very short period. Home interior decorating is a simple way to express anyone?s taste to others. Two different persons should be employed to make the work done within a limited period. Choosing appropriate colors and to mixing it up should be done on a plain white paper otherwise on the walls prescribed for stencils. Using dry brush produces great results; by using them we can get softer looks with three-dimensional effects. Stencils can be stored in nursery or it can be used as a large design at chair-rail level. Adding personal effects will definitely enrich the grade of the painting as well as the quality of the stencils, along with home d?cor. We can make holiday cards by the process of stencils. This is a special item of gift especially among the younger people.
